we have red turks that would eat eggs so i removed cone no probs ,
layed eggs on the tank after 24 hour move to the filter.

ok 13 day ago she dumped around 50 eggs but eaten most of so only 8 left they are about 15 mm in size and moved to new tank.

now she dumped another lot we counted around 90 but only 51 of that lot of eggs hatched they are about 8mm .

now she has dumped another lot that are just free swimmers to small to count yet :D

so that means 3 separate hatchings in 13 days , 3 different size fry is this normal ?

You've gotta be doing something right for 3 hatchings in 13 days. Anything is possible i guess.

This happened to me, and the little fry started trying to eat off the side off the bigger fry because it was dark and they thought it was its parent !! Resulted in the bigger fry getting rather upset, until i had to seperate them out individually... which was a challenge!!

Keep an eye on them and makre sure they dont start doing the same thing :-)
