Electric yellow with sunken stomach

What would people recommend for an electric yellow with a sunken belly. He seems to be eating but has been slowly losing weight and his stomach is pretty much non existant. He is almost to the point where he is just skin and bones

I think your e. yellow is pretty much gone. People have found that treating them with metro has helped. But it needs to be caught really early. A threat has been started in another forum about this problem.
