First worming...

What is the best worming routine? I have new discus that I wish to routinely worm. What should I be using & for what worms should I be treating? I have neon tetras, Hengels and 2 sucker fish as well so it must be something safe for them.
LFS gave me some Sterazin, is this any good :?:

mine goes like this

week 1: levimenisole (24hr then a water change 30%-50%)

week 2: prazi (48 hours then a 30%-50% change |+ clean of filter and replacement of floss)

week 3 :prazi (48 hours then a 30%-50% change |+ clean of filter and replacement of floss)

week 4: levimenisole (24hr then a water change 30%-50%)

a pp bath a week after you finish treatment also wouldn't go astray.

wow thats allot of medication mate,don't think a beginner should go that far....
PP is very strong and you can kill your fish easily..
i would go levamisol and see what happens
