my pair of panduros unexpectedly spawned in my community tank. what do i feed them? baby brine shrimp?

Until they reach free swimmer, there's no need to feed them. You just need to make sure they don't become some other tank mate's feed....

BBS or microworm are suitable live fry food for apisto.
