Gill cover open wide and breathing heavily !!

hi all,

i believe this is a gill fluke rite ??

i found out 2 red tuq juvi has this problem so i moved them to the QT.

i put salt and set to 30C for the QT. i want to wait for another day b4 i medicate them with Praziquantel.

is this the right procedure to treat gill flukes ???

When should i do WC on the QT??

How about the main tank should i do a treatment on it too ??

What was the ammonia, nitrite readings? Were there any other signs of illness/distress?

The ammonia was close to nth.

Only one side of the gill cover is wide open, the fish turn dark and refuse all food!!

Other fish seems to be all fine and healthy
