Hi Everyone,
We are fast approaching the Festive Season, so here is the run down for Christmas, New Year Trading.
TANK ORDERS:
We will be not taking any further tank orders from Monday the 10th December, all tank orders after that will not be able to be built until the new year.
XTREME SHOP TRADING:
We will cease trading on Sunday 23rd December 2007.
We will re open for business as usual 10.00am on Tuesday 15th January 2008.
Trading hours until then are the following:
Mondays - Closed
Tuesday to Friday - 10.00am to 6.00pm
Saturday and Sundays - 10.00am to 4.00pm
Office is closed now on the weekends until futher notice.
ASA TRADING:
ASA will remain online the entire time, all orders will be accepted.
Last orders via courier services will be dispatched on Thursday 20th December and last dispatch date for Aust Post will be on Friday 21st December.
The last Live Plant orders will have to be in by Monday 17th December for dispactch by the 20th. No further Plants orders will be sent until the 15th January 2008.
ASA orders during Christmas closure times will not be dispactched, until 15th January unless products are in stock in store and can be immedately sent out.
As most of you are aware, we are taking and extra week off this year as Wayne and I are expecting a baby during this time. So I do ask that people will try and be patient over this time.
There are also going to be some delays experienced and most of not all suppliers are closing for the same period as we are, so stock orders will not be filled and sent until the week of the 15th.
We at Xtreme and ASA wish everyone the very best Christmas and New Year, and hope you all have a safe and happy holiday period.
We would also like to thank you for your continuing support, and patronage this year.
We will of course do our best to complete all outstanding orders by Christmas Eve, if possible, and appologise in advance for those who may have to wait a little longer than usual for their goods to arrive.
I do ask that you plan for this period and pre order any extra items you may need to get you through this time.
