brine shrimp hatchery dish

Just curious if anyone can tell me how you set up the hatchery dish for brine shrimp?
Have bought and there are no instructions.

not too sure how a dish would work, the best way I've found is with a 2L coke bottle.

not much people ever uses the hatchery dishes .
i would recommended the bottle idea,

but you did ask for how to setup the hatchery dish,
