co2 Reactor 1000

Hi,
I just upgraded my reactor, I wonder how much it should be filled with watter.
By openning the valve to remove the false gas, the watter filled it up almost all the way. Should it be better to lower the level of the watter?

with my dupla reactor it should be filled all the way and i would say the 1000 would be the same, i just invert mine a few times and it fills all the way...

I used to have a reactor 1000. The water level should be 100%.
