My female bitaeniata has bloat - looks like she is goners. Thought she had eggs as she was hiding then came out today bloated bad.
Damn dwarfs.

did you try and epson salt bath?
are her scales protruding or still lying flat against her body?

thats a pity, too late then to do much about it. Grab youself some clove oil and help her along.

Have you got any UV on that particular tank Steve?

No UV on any tanks - lost her.
I noticed her missing and removed the man assuming eggs, then a couple of days later she came out with bloat - very severe.
My other female is looking very male. So now have two males and no girls.
On the positivemy opals have now got free swimming fry.
