12 years ago I had 2 breeding pairs (on accident) and after I realized it was too much word for a hobbiest I sold the pairs and stayed away from discus. The same 55 gallon tank has been running for 15 years and I finally upgraded to a 72 gallon bow front and got a nice Pigeon Blood and a beautiful turquoise discuss and I'm back.........they truly are the Kings of the Aquarium!
