best frozen food

what is the best frozen foor for discus. I currently feed frozen bloodworms but wonder if there is something better. Not really into making my own. Would like to know if frozen beef heart is better . I saw it a Petsmart today, first time I have ever seen it. Will it be better for them or make them grow faster, Have tried frozen brine shrimp and they didn't really seem to like it. Don't like flakes ( to messy)

try some beefheart based food, discus dinner is ok, i believe discus delux is better.

beefheart on its own doesn't really have all the nutrition our fish need, still its an excellent source of protein for them
