Thank you very much for your inquiry by email. We know about this problem. But since approximate 8 months the problem is solved. Responsible for this problem is the temperature sensor of the thermo control. Now we use a new sensor from a other company.

If your other thermo filter 2128 are manufactured between the year 2004 and week 15 in 2007, may be the sensor is also defect. In this case please send this thermo controls also to us. We will change the sensor and send it back to you a few days later.

The year and the week of the manufacturing you find on the type label. For example 05040 is the year 2005 and the week 4. The last 0 is not important.
