How long sohuld i keep otto's in a quarantine tank for???

Hey,
getting 8 otto's tomoz for algea control and need to no how long should i quarantine them before they go into the main discus tank???. do i need to do anything else to the ottos why there in the tank. i.e medicate them with anything. Cheers Axl

Sorry mate, must have missed it.
I quarentine any fish going into a discus tank for 6-8 weeks, in that time i worm them with levimenisol and prazi.

I also get them use to the temp of my tank (30 degrees) by bringing up the temp in the holding tank from 26 (LFS temp) by 1 degree a week.

I find ottos sensitive to ph shock, so i slowly adjust the water in the quarentine tank to the same as my display tank with water changes.
