new tank

All of the tanks I have are second hand so I don't know what to do with a brand new one. Could someone tell me what i need to do to the tank I just bought for a quarantine before I put someone in there.

Hi when i get new tanks (second hand or new )i give them a good wash with freash water then a clean with metholated sprits then a final wash with salt water .A quick rinse with the hose dry them off and there you go.
