I was wondering...has anyone tried to keep plecs in a goldfish tank?

big plecs love to munch on goldfish slime.

bristlenoses were never a problem with my fancy goldfish, thats about all else i've tried.

peps and orange spots are also fine by experience. My guess is the small L numbers should be okay.

my gf have eaten some in the past... and been successful at suicide :(
I've also had older BN's go slightly agro and nip at our dopey friends
so now i don't bother

hahaha - IF my girlfriend starting eating my plecs i would definitely kill her

Hyperansistrus are a fish that requires high temperatures 27c and above. Goldfish require low temperatures 25c and less.
Normal Gibbys and Commons are a better bet.

agree with what Taksan said. I've got a normal gibby in my goldfish tank and his co-habitating well with the goldies. However, they are poop machines so be prepared to do water changes more often.
