Will a Eheim 2260 be too big for a 300 litre tank that I am setting up for Geos?

The Eheim 2260 is a BIG filter with BIG flow rate! I've seen them running huge tanks by themsevles with no issues.

I think the Eheim 2217 Classic is a better choice for a 300L tank.

If you want an Eheim thats slightly easier to service than the Classic series consider the Eheim 2228.

Go Eheim either way and you won't regret it.
