Tiny wriggly type worms ???

Whilst I was dosing metro in my hsp tank for a sick discus I noticted that there were heaps of tiny white worm like things in the tank. They wriggle and would be from 3mm to 8mm long and about .5mm in diameter.

Does anyone know what they would be?

planeria, means your over feeding, their not bad, they eat the tiny particals of left over food we cant see. a couple of good gravel vacs with your water changes and they'll be gone.
