what is Phshock?

hi eveybody, could anyone explain to me what Ph shock is and what are signs to look for ?

ph shock is when you suddenly change the ph of the water your fish are in, it usually happens afgter a water change or if you have a ph crash.

all your fish will darken up some may gasp for air, others my ly listless on the bottom of the tank.
