Strange Fungus or not?

I have this fungus or bacteria on my fish and I would like to know what it is, my rummy nose also have a strange green and grey patch growing on their heads..

looks like body fungus to me, try myaxizin for 1 full treatment, then follow up a week later with 2 treatments of protozin
