I just want to know when you classify your discus as a heckle?
I recently bought some juvi discus and I bought the some which had stress bars (black lines going vertically through the body) and the LFS said that these lines would fade away through time.
I just want to know if fish with stress bars are classified as heckles?
Do these stress bars fade away or completely go away through time?

Depends what you mean by bars.
Lots of discus have bars through the body. Sometimes they go away, and sometimes they don't.
Heckels have a very dark stress bar through the middle of the body, much darker and wider than a normal stress bar. (there's one in my avatar)
But fish that have a heckel father and a non heckel mother will often show the heckel bar too, so it's really hard to tell.

Looks like an RSG to me and I doubt it will lose those bars and for mine they shouldn't either, adds character.

LoL, I meant the other discus! Maybe it's just the pic but if that's a Corry it's the biggest brute I've ever seen. You sure your Council doesn't put 'roids in the water?
