I am planning to have about 6 fish tanks. What is the suitable way for my temperature control system?

Try fish tank heaters .... available everywhere

Definately individual heaters are the way to go in Melbourne's weather. That way you can control each tank separately if you need to raise the temp for some reason.

Room heating would not be economical for 6 tanks, and the temp is very hard to control with the tanks near the floor being too cool, and the tanks on the top racks being too warm.

I keep my discus between 28 and 32C, depending on where they are, grow out tanks at 32, planted display tank 28.
