Tropic marin pro-discus mineral

I was wondering how often I should put Tropic marin pro-discus mineral in my tank. I know the dosage, just not how frequently I should put it in. I have put it in twice in a 4 week period.

Correct me if I'm wrong here. Isn't that stuff supposed to be added to RO water at every water change?
I'd use Preis discus salt. Much better IMO

It is added at a much higher dosage for RO water, Less for very hard water (thats me) but is supposed to be good for the trace elements that the fish need to premote good slime coats, better breeding and general health. Not sure about the frequency of dosing in my application. Not saying that I know all about it, I was just told that it would be good for my fish. Just trying to do everything I can to have the healthiest fish possable. :)
