Orinoco Altum requirement?

Hi All,

Sew these Altum for sale on another forum and wondering if it is very hard to keep? I know they are fuzzy but beside water parameter is there any special care I need to be aware of? Me and a friend is planning to get few for ourselves. Been searching on the net and they look absolutely stunning once they're fully grown.

By the way I'm going to have a look at them this Thursday and check out the quality.
