Hey Everyone,

Got a 4x2x2 full of white rock I need to clear, I just weighed as 80 kilos but It's only been out of the tank for a couple of hours.

what is white rock????
is it lime stone or some thing else???

ohh and if anyone knows where to buy texas holey
rock or similar could you let me know.

white rock is for african cichlids or any fish that requires hard water , most shops sell it for $5-6 a kg so quite pricey compared to other rocks

texas holey rock is avail in the usa not sure if anyone supplies it here with shipping the cost would be astronomical

yeah seen it on yanky ebay but the postage was insane i think from memory like $60 aus just for postage.

It is available in AUS but it is artificially made and from memory its about $40 a peice.

I think I saw some for sale on the trading post a few months ago. I think some random fish shop was selling them for about 40 each. I dont keep cichlids so I was wondering who on earth would want to buy such an ugly thing for 40 bucks!
