Attention all ASA Customers.

Contact Details:

Please make sure that when you fill in your contact details that you fill them in correctly.
When you add a phone number, please ensure that it is one that you can be contacted on during business hours.
Also ensure that you correctly spell the email address that you supply.

We cannot be expected to try and locate other contact details for you, if you incorrectly give them when filling in the forms.
Nor will we be held responsible for lack of contact with regard to any orders made.

If you are a current and returning customer, please re check your details and update them if required.

Credit Card Usage:

We have had a number of people using either family members or other peoples credit card details.
You may only do this if you have permission to do so.

We will not accept any blame or refund any card that had been provided to complete an order transaction, if the person ordering has not saught permission from the authorised card holder.

If a card owner is not aware that the person making an order is using the card, the order will be voided, and your account will be suspended, until a different method of payment can be found.

If you are under 16 and would like to purchase items from AquariumSuppliesAustralia.com.au, or third-party reseller on behalf of AquariumSuppliesAustralia.com.au, or provide personal information about yourself and your family, please ask a parent or guardian for assistance.

AquariumSuppliesAustralia.com.au cannot prohibit minors from visiting this site. AquariumSuppliesAustralia.com.au must rely on parents, guardians and those responsible for supervising children under the age of 16 to decide which materials are appropriate for such children to view and/or purchase.

Shipping

Please ensure that if you do not live in NSW or do not intend to pick up your order instore, you MUST pay for shipping.

All orders that are out of state and Store Pick up has been selected, will now be left pending until shipping fees have been paid.

An email will be sent to you to advise this. If shipping has not been received either via Bank Deposit or Paypal after 14 days, your order will be declined.

If you have selected Store Pick up and you live out of state, and you are paying via credit card, your card will be charged for the goods, and for the appropriate shipping fee to your area.
