ID for disease

I need an ID for this disease my rummy nose has and I need to know how I can treat it. The reason I need to know is because its sick and i will be putting discus into the same tank seeing as I only have one.

One of my cardinal tetras has this disease where his tail looks like its been bitten or rotting of aswell.

I'm sorry, but I can't tell anything from those photos.

Any chance of some better pics? or maybe describe the symptoms.

Well the rummy nose i have seems to have this real huge white pimple/buble right between his eyes and I mean thats basically it. The buble/pimple is slightly transparent.
