how much hikari granules would you feed per a feeding for two discus?

Atm, i am doing two-three granules.

it's probably a bit of trial and error, see what they eat in about 15 min sessions and take the un eaten stuff out.
what size are the discus ? the smaller they are the more often u should feed.
