hi all...this may sound a silly question. i've been looking at the diy co2 set ups in here, particularly the one from phil, where there are 2 garden spray ers hooked up. i think i get most of it, but my question is...do the sprayers have to be pumped( ie. pressurised) for it to work, or are they just a handy container?

there just a good container, i made one the same a while ago. used a 5ltr one but have since given it the flick cause of too much of a pH swing when things slow down. which wasn't good for my discus. i think ur better off using 2 x 2ltr coke bottles then u can make a mix up in 1 bottle one week and then make up another mix in the other bottle 1 to 2 weeks later and keep rotating them, that way u'll have a constant supply of Co2 and u wont get as much of a pH swing when the bottle runs out of fizz in the one big container. if u get what i mean...
not sure if u have seen this, but there is a good DIY version here
