Phosphate Levels

Im starting a new tank and wat to make it medium to heavily planted, but have always had high phosphate levels in my other tanks because i use Seachem Discus buffer. Just wondering what you guys use or if there is a better way to keep your ph steady at around 6.8-7, with out the phosphates? Thanks

I put peat (Efhi torf) in the filter, though now i'm now switching to miricle leaf, it will stain your water brown but the fish love it and the plants dont seem to mind.
