Hi,
I thought I would share my recipe that I have been making for years. My Discus love it.
Aprox 400g of beefheart trimmed of fat and sinew.
Approx 300 grams of shrimp.
A bunch of spinach thoroughly washed leave raw.
One banana.
One clove of garlic.
Four tablespoons of Tetra Bits.
Blend all ingredients in a food processor until it is very fine.
Place about four tablespoons in a sandwich bag and roll it flat.
Place in freezer.
Break off frozen pieces and feed enough for the Discus to consume in one to two minutes.
They love it.
