WTB: Discus

Hi
I am looking for some cheap discus about 5-6-7cm. I would like to buy a blue diamond/turq and a yellow one(dunno names).
I need to get some soon at low prices-I need a few friends for my red turq who is lonely and getting stressed out because of it. I dont usually keep discus solatary but his friends died a few weeks ago and i wanted to make sure all the tank was healthy before i got more. I am in Sydney area. If you have some and selling cheap please pm or post here.

Petlink has a guy in Lidcombe selling discus pretty cheap. You could try Fishrock in Eastwood or Chatswood?, they have good fish at good prices

yep we have some nice quality melons at the moment for under $40ea about 6cm. more small fish due in shop on wednesday should be some turqoise, blue diamonds, and some others. should all be under $40ea.

What sorts of small discus are the "others" ? Obviously since they don't arrive till Wednesday, you wouldn't have pictures, but do you have any pictures of what is the same ? I'm a beginner with discus, so don't know what they all look like from their names.

165l tank i wouldnt be putting to many discus in that size tank as discus need a fair bit of room per fish to be able to grow if i remember right its around 60 litres per fish is the ideal rate so 1 fish per 60 litres but have seen them as low as 1 fish per 20 litres it does affect there growth and even at 1 fish per 40 litres is as low as i would go this is allowing the juvies space to grow if i am wrong please correct me on this as i cnt find my notes i had in regards to these.

if your serious on the small blue diamonds let me know, il get some in for you by the weeend. 5-6cm imports, $40ea let me know how many you are chasing if you want me to bring in.
