Anus problem

Hi There,
One of my discuss has part of its anus outside the body about 7mm, at first I thought it was a poo but upon closer inspection, it wasn't. Any ideas on what I can do would be apprecited.

Hi The German, I thought of the breeding tube but am not sure, there are 2 other discuss in the tank, both females & laying eggs, this one, I'm not sure if its male or female but seems happy, just today it seems to hang up near the surface which is unusual for this fish, I'll keep an eye on the situation.
