Hey Guys,
What kind or literage do you need for a marine tank? I have a 125l tank going spare soon(ish) and am definately debating getting a marine tank on the go... would it be suitable? What sort of stocking levels would i be looking at if i did use this tank?
Cheers,
Ben

Ben you can easily have a small marine tank. 125 Litres would be fine for just a couple of fish, lots of live rock and perhaps a few soft corals.
Have a look through this forum for some of Ben's small tanks, and you'll see how attractive a small tank can look.
Only restriction is you have to be careful about stocking. :P

There's a few people here with the RedSea tanks which are 130L so you should be fine using your tank.
At the moment I've got 5 fish and a few corals going fine. I've considered maybe 2 more but I think it would be pushing the limits.

You can really have marine in any size tank. Bear in mind though saltwater is much more stable in larger volumes. HTH.
