frozen beef heart (cow heart) - just a ?

i everyone

i was at the lfs today and noticed some frozen beefheart in the fridge. Not local , imported chinese stuff

has any1 here used it or would recommend it- dont know the brand and came in a takeaway container like chinese food ??

ron i dont know of any that is imported ,but it may be , i make up 6kgs of it today my self . it isnt hard to do , there is some posts on the forum how to do it and were to get the heart from and it doesnt cost much to make . i havent used the stuff that you can buy and i havent see it sorry . but i do know that it is good for the fish and they like it .

and have to see if i can get the missus to make me up some beefheart feed once i find the link and she stops watching big brother...
