Hey all I need help urgent. I just got 4 discus and they have arrived in a delayed flight from thailand...Very aggetated fish rapid breathing and couple were lying down on the gravel bed....I have shut down the lights covered exterior of the tank with dark cloth.
Ph is stable at 6.6 and parameters are normal as described by most people here tell me what to do to get them in a good shape.

Sounds like they have suffered from either chilling in the bags during the long delay, or they have been affected by the build up of ammonia during shipping.
Ammonia damages the gills. All you can do at this stage is to add some salt to the water, to ease their breathing, and make sure you have several airstones in the tank, to provide plenty of oxygen.
How long have they been in transit?
