hi does anyone know where i could get some altum angelfish......

Wrong time of year guys.

Catching season starts around October/November.

Smaller altums seem to travel better and survive the transition into captivity better.

It's terribly important you don't get your altums from two different sources. If you want 10 then buy them all at once, and from the same shop.

Don't mix colonies. They have no immunity to diseases from other altums from different colonies.

I learned that the hard way.

I wouldn't mix them with normal angels either. Other types of fish seem fine with them, just not other angels.

Well I only have Peruvians and they are not easy fish to keep, they fight to much and never pick up food from the bottom of the tank. My only Discuss is enjoying it though as he is getting it al to himself :)
