Discus and glass "ghost" shrimp

Hello All,

Are glass / ghost shrimp compatible with discus? My only concern is the discus eating them and choking on the shrimps' tine. I had a juvenile spotted puffer once and it choked to death on a glass shrimps tine. Very depressing :cry: I want to put them in tank cause they look cool and they eat crap off the bottom.

Try bamboo shrimps. They are much bigger and don't bother discus at all.

Ghost shrimp most likely will be dinner for the discus. I don't think they will chok on it. Puffers are different. They tend to bit off more than what they can chew. Discus will spit out anything too big.
