Moved a pair but female dark in colour

My pair have laid a few eggs so i decided to move them into my bair bottom 3 foot tank but ever since i moved them they have been skitish and the female is darker and stress bars r up in my other tank they used to chase everything else away so i'm a bit dissappionted with no outcome.i treated them for octozin because thought they might have internal parisites but they are the same after treatment.

did you check your ammonia and nitrite levels before doing any treatments ?

always do that first. if they're still skittish put them back in the tank they came from or do a few water changes

If they've gone from a planted tank, or at least one with a substrate, the bare bottom tank will be a big change for them, and could take them a couple of weeks to settle in.

They see all sorts of new reflections in a bare tank, so keep the lights dimmed for a while. You really don't need strong lighting in a breeding tank.
