New to the whole discus thing so this isn't a criticism, but just wondering if the eye size is a bit big for the size of the fish. I am under the impression that eye size is an indicator of the long term health / lifestyle of a fish - ie. if they are well fed and have correct vitamins etc then their eye size is small, which is why wild discus tend to have larger eyes as a constant supply of good quality food is not always available. Could also be the camera angle.

Also this may seem dumb, but do discus "grow into" their eye size?

No expert, but :P Lovely colour. Body looks arrow shaped and the eye too large for body. But nice fish still :)

beautiful cheery red eye, definitely somethn u want in a blue diamond, the eyes are a bit big, which means its growth is stunted, but can be corrected to a certain degree with good food an lots of w/c's.

the shapes not great but the colour of the eye is awesome
