a few more
the blue one here has similar pattern to the ones xtreme have in stocknot too many of these in Australia so if you like the unusual...these could be for you...

Wow!
I'm not sure I think of them as discus, and I'd want to put them in a seperate tank, so as not to compare them so much to the usual shape, but they're interesting fish.
Are you going to keep them? If so, could we see more pictures as they mature?

each to their own.
not my thing.
like long fin rams, good strong finnage is nice but when it gets to the point of looking deformed and mis-shapen then they should be culled.
just my opinion!

these aren't genetic one offs from what i know, they are bred like this.

purposely breed and the interest appears to be growing strong in asia.
I think I'll reserve my judgment untill I see one live first ,,, interesting fish. 8-)

They look like a cross between a discus and a mono sebae. Don't like it at all

i think they may take a while to get used to but i would like to have some in my tank , if not just as a talking point . i think they look intresting and its not that they look deformed . the fins are they only think that look out from the standed fish we see. i must get over to have a look at them and see for my self hmmmm

illusn the little blues in the last pic where in the shop, they were strange looking fish, there are some nice colours just the same as normal discus
