It used to be done weekly by the folk at AquaRank (On Sundays/Mondays our time) however as of late it has been left for 2-3 weeks before being reset...

That is not actually the case, what you will find is half the sites in the top 10 have a couple of core users that use ip proxies and vote numerous times each which fools the aquarank system into thinking they are unique votes. This is very obvious when the voting is reset and you have everyone on 0 votes in, yet in the space of 10-15 minutes (which is the refresh rate of AutoRankPHP) at some ungodly hour of the morning where a speific site is based, 20-30 votes will go on in one hit.

I have been around forums and been using aquarank for long enough to know what a bogus top site list it actually is (bear in mind, this is the fault of select users, not the aquarank site). Once the next major update is done to this site I doubt we will send any traffic to AquaRank as we provide them more traffic than what we get from them, and in a nutshell, all they want is traffic to generate advertising revenue.
