Giant Danios & Long finned from Finland

Hi there, Going crazy tonight with the photos... I do every couple of months or so...
:lol: :lol: :lol:

anyway, today I took a drive down to Finland and met Rav. I intended to get some neon rainbows but changed my mind when I saw the Giant Danios that he had (I have only ever seen pics of them) anyway I ended up going home with 10 long finned danios, 7 giant Danios and a long finned leopard danio (a ring in amongst the zebras)

Rav was kind enough (and probably happy enough lol) to let me catch them myself as I am picky and wanted the really long finned ones... 8-) :lol:

so here are some shots... hard to get them as they move so fast but anyway, Im sure you will forgive a reflection here and there...

they are pretty fish , if my memory serves me right in the states they were selling the genetically modified versions i believe,,, the ones that glowed pink in the dark.

id seroiusly buy 200 to fill up my tank if they were available

Yeah, there are genetically modified ones out their that glow in the dark. Cool!!!

Ohhhhhhh Sammi. Multiple Tank Syndrome had got you good :lol:

LR, Its just a pity my house isnt big enough to have bigger ones, then I would have more discus! lol
Also the fact that we rent means we have to keep them at a moveable size until the time when we can have our own home and then it can be just one big fish tank. LOL
