Old eheim's

I've got a couple of old eheims lying around a 2017 and a 2015, both need parts but are discontinued 2017 needs new ceramic shaft (it's thinner than the 2217) 2015 needs both shaft and impeller. Anyone had similar problems and know a way to retrofit them with newer parts? I think 2213 shaft is right diameter but not sure. any help GREATLY APPRECIATED!!

hi Illusn if you cant fix them dont throw them out if you dont mind i would like them as add on canisters for a filter im trying to put together , that is is you cant get parts thanks mate

NO WORRIES SCOTT, THEY'VE BEEN IN STORAGE FOR BOUT 10 YEARS, JUST HAVING A CLEAN UP :D WILL GIVE YOU A YELL IF I DECIDE TO TURF THEM

For anyone who finds themselves in a similar situation to me there are no 2015 empellers for sale, ANYWHERE WORLDWIDE! so as a result my old 2015 is now going to be used as a slave canister on one of my 2217's, using a reducing piece from 16/22mm to 12/16mm i've hooked up the output of the 2015 to the input of the 2217 and filled it with blue sponges and white filter wool, the 2217 has been PACKED with substrat pro, flow is a little reduced but I assume bio and mechanical filtration has been improved substantualy, will do some flow tests and post results. 2017 shaft is the same diameter as 2213 shaft and one has been cut back to suit, filter is working well, but when it dies I guess it'll end up a slave canoister to another 2217
