Hi, just a 55g setup going and I'm looking to get a pump to pump water from my holding tank to the discus tanks to make water changes easier...Just wondering what kind of pump I should be looking for in terms of gallons or liters per hour etc.....
thanks...

You should looking for the head, which means how hign the pump can reach. Depending on your setup, you may need a different pump. I have one and it really cut down the work for water changes.

as fishlover said, it depends on your head height[bow high from the bottom of your holding tank, to the top of your aquarium.
additional to that, the speed you want it to pump in is up to you. do you want a big current, or are you happy to pump in fairly slowly?
I've got a pump that I'll be using for my storage tank in the next little while, once I get it setup, that is about 400L an hour, but ideally, I'd like something even slower, say 150-200L an hour.
If you are in Australia, try http://www.aquariumsuppliesaustralia.com.au, they have a large range of pumps and powerheads, and shipping locally is very reasonable.
