I don't know alot about live plants in the aquarium. I have tried a few of them like Java Fern, Camboda etc but have never had great success with them.

I read alot about Co2, may I ask what does this do to the plants in the aquarium??

Like people, plants respire, except they "breathe" in CO2 and "breathe" out O2. When you inject CO2 into your fish tank, it supplies the plants with a more abundant supply, so they grow faster and are a lot more healthy. Basically, for plants to grow at their peak, you need to get the correct balance of CO2, fertilisers, and lighting. The hardest part is finding this balance in the home aquarium.
