Given how bad Sydney water can be at times, you would be surprised at how many LFS's actually do sell RO water

Yes, I must agree, Adeliade water is great as well... not
I used to visit Adelaide every month for 3 years for work and remember dearly the days spent setting up a 10,000 litre per day RO unit, water recycling system and desalination bypass filters due to just how hard ADL water is, apparently at the airport it was a lot worse for some reason than the rest of Adelaide.

yes i have heard this also and the breeder i knew down there had a spawn from 10 pairs weekly of discus and never got any fertile eggs he was 5 mins from airport i brought the 10 pairs from him and in the r/o water within 4 weeks had fry free swimming of 8 of 10 pairs he was not a happy guy after 12 months of getting nothing from themand within 4 weeks i had 800+ babies lol
he asked me what i had done to make them fertile i said it's the water the 2 pairs that were left in the adelaide water community tank laid and had almost 0% fertile eggs.
And it's the same now if not a bit worse if your not using r/o in adelaide then you can almost say you will never have a lot of success but some do and thats just the water where they r is better

Happy new Year all ---Just a question with the RO Water -do we need to add any trace elements & minerals i.e --Kent R.O Right or will it be added & measured ( conductivity & Hardness ) before it was sold ?

All levels/parameters will be provided once in supply. For an additional cost trace elements will be able to be dosed according to various manufacturers levels.

Please be advised that you will have to provide your own containers for the water. 20 litre etc are available from any Bunnings, Reflex and Auto One shops, approx $15.00.
