Hi, Just thought I would post an update on my corydora sterbai...

all 12 are growing beautifully.... here are some shots of a few of them....

they are very cute how they all swim around frantically at around 9.30-10pm every night.

They are beautil fish arnb't they! How big is your tank? I am thinking of putting 12 into my 4 footer.

My tank is a standard 2ft... with the corys and guppies.

you should replace the multi coloured gravel
it cheapens the appearance of the tank in my opinion

This tank is my "crazy" tank... full of bright coloured gups and my corys. I have 2 other large "natural" tanks.

I also have a "purple" tank with a pink and blue fighter.

This tank is supposed to be "cheap and tacky" so I have succeeded. :-)

Yes you have - and it looks marvelous! You go girl...

I just need to know - how do you keep the little guys still enough to take a photo!? I have four and they are just crazy fish! :lol:

In regard to getting them to stay still:
Del, Its a matter of trying to find a moment when they are relaxing usually during the day...(they go mad at night)
then you take about 100 photos (no exaggeration!) then you get about 3 good photos that you can use :lol:

Also you will notice that in all my photos I only have about 3or4 in the shot thats because it is virtually impossible to get all 12 to "sit still"

I took a video of them the other day.... its about 16meg...I was going to upload it to photobucket but it was going to take forever and I dont know if there is an easier way...

they look really cute Sammi. do you have any other fish with them? not so sure about the coloured gravel :P

lots and lots of guppies! are the only other tankmates.
