.. Females when is seaon go a lemon yellow colour

it appears the males go a darker blue ,,,ocean green kinda look

7 days ago I had 30 rummy nose tetras. I couldnt catch them so they ended up being feeder fish. I have nothing else with them now.

haha, so you sacrificed $90 worth of tetras... i like your style ;)

actually if you had given them to me i would have liked that hahaha. nice fish!

I learnt a valuable lesson.

The bigger the tank the harder it is to catch small fish ! heheh i just gave up at the end

before i sold my 6x2x2 tank i had to catch all my cardinals, rummy nose and other assorted tetras out. so i decided to get my 30cm net out and drained the water down to about 8cm. i made short work of them though they are quick little b@stards and when they dart around the net it was quite annoying ;)

Nic, You should have had a rummy catching day... got some local kids in and offered 20cents for each fish they could catch.... I betcha they would have made short work of it and you would still have your tetras. LOL

Nice fishies you have there..btw.

Did a w/c last night and despite not being pleased with it I still have eggs this morning.
