if it actually is a roundworm (i'm just guessing), then you need to deworm your fish.

That looks more like the result of a monotonous diet.
Do you feed almost exclusively color bits ?

I've also got no idea what it is but if it is a roundworm it has to be a World record. If it's come from inside one of your fish Scott I'd say the damage has already been done, how to enlarge an anus in one easy step, no more blowing bubbles for him! :D

It's a long shot but if it's not a roundworm then I think it is a black worm that has been hiding in your substrate. I've pulled a few really long blackworms out of my substrate when I've done a gravel vac. I think they live down there and fatten up. That IS pretty big though.

Is it's body flat or round in shape??? A round worm normally curls, cld be a tape worm of sorts or even what samir suggested. Never seen anything like that in a tank before, small things slithering around but that monster u wld need a stick to kill it lol.

Eustrongylides is a type of roundworm. Tapeworms have segments.
